Every bottle number, order, B7 and defect on this screen is invented, and anything you enter disappears when you reload. This is a prototype built to be argued with: the defect list, the colour codes and what the A and B portions mean are all still open questions.
One job is one order, one date, one shift, one portion — the same unit as a tab of your QA workbook. Pallets go under it as they finish; defects are counted once across the whole job.
Pick one to add pallets or defects to it.
One per tab of the QA report. Everything here comes off the header block of that tab.
One row per pallet as it comes off. This is the entry that happens roughly ninety times a day, so it is deliberately short.

Counted across every pallet of the job, not per pallet. That is how your report works, so it is how this screen works — and it means the number here is the job's total.
